Clean hotel, I loved location and staff. Comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating and a personal safe.

The hotel was clean and fully equipped with good wi-fi. The continental breakfast was satisfactory, had plenty of options.

Nothing too much trouble, thanks very much for a very nice stay. Came here for 3 nights with my husband, everything was good.

The hotel is clean and has spacious rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. It has stunning, wonderful setting, not far from Millenium Park as well as the Art Gallery.

I have had a wonderful experience, this fabulous, fairly clean hotel deserves more than 3 stars. It had very central location close to Management. Nice restaurant within walking distance of the venue. I really enjoyed the courtesy of the personnel.

Room was airy and bright, the place itself was enchanting. Its location was very central, walking distance to a central library.

Wanted to explore Chicago and this hotel was vacation base for doing it.

I appreciated my stay, value for money. Pleasant staff, decent and stocked rooms. The view from my room was absolutely breathtaking. The lunch in osaka sushi express within walking distance of the hotel had every choice imaginable.

Room was newly renovated; staff was absolutely fantastic; location was beautiful. We got a room with a bath. There was a wide array of food, in general it was great. Location just next door to the Millenium Park and restaurants and Michigan Avenue.

The views were not so nice.

Delightful & reasonably clean hotel, it was in an incredibly convenient location, has amicable staff. Beds were not very comfortable, nonetheless it was truly a fun stay. The restaurant was fantastic and food was delicious!

Wi-Fi was bad, very very bad views.

Reasonable price, and the location was incredibly comfortable for exploring Chicago. From the funny staff to the exceptional rooms and to the tasty food, not to mention spectacular view. The staff did all they can for a memorable stay. Superb service too.
